Was afraid to order 2.0 GPM at first but doesn't feel any different than the same shower head I replaced (but 2.5 GPM). The sensations are the same, just less pressure. For lower water costs and no further feeling. Would buy in future.

The garbage broke after 3 months. There are little bits of plastic that make your head spin and ones that just fell out and splashed water all over my walls. It's too late for me to go back, but not too late for you. Save your money!

We tried four different shower heads at different price points trying to find the 'perfect' one until we found this one. For such a modest price, this shower head delivers a perfect jet of water that doesn't feel like punching a hole in your head. We have these shower heads in every bathroom - love them!

Similar experience for some other customers here. Bought March 15, broke in November of the same year. Serious design flaw. There are plastic handles that connect the head to the spout. Two handles broke and that was it. Kohler makes quality stuff (in fact we got another Kohler head to replace this one (FLIPSIDE)). But somehow this one eluded their quality control department.

At first glance the product looks and works well. The problem is internal and related to cheap plastic materials. The ball and socket used to turn the head are poorly designed. The ball is made of metal, durable. The socket that contains the ball consists of a series of 12 thin white plastic pins arranged in a circle that the ball snaps into.
