Price was good, I bought to remove the stuffing box but I had to insert a screwdriver into the gasket and take it out. This tool works in some applications but not all.

Product is not a piece. The handle part consists of two parts, rivets. It's not entirely black, only the protruding end is black. The case is plain unpainted gray metal, it works perfectly and is solidly built, should last a long time, it's not flimsy!

The photo shows a one-piece construction. The product that arrived was a conventional two piece construction with rivets. If there are images, then at least create the right images. I broke a few of these two piece builds so I was hoping for a true one piece build. No luck with that. If you order this and get a one piece design consider yourself lucky.

The one in the photo is a solid piece of steel with a puller hook on the other end. The one that arrived, like all the others I broke, with hooks attached to the handle with 2 screws. The purpose of ordering was to show it as a one piece piece, as I work with larger equipment I need something sturdier. Now I see how quickly I can throw away this spent money. But you should also change the wrong image
