It doesn't come with very many instructions, I was very confused, it works above 150 degrees Fahrenheit, on the low ! and it is a very cheap model based on Amazon offer. I wanted to return it but all the models seem to be so hot that the wax is melting. but they look cheap. so i will keep it. but it's not worth $50.00 or even $30.00

easy to use which is lucky because it has no instructions. The lid is very thin and generally doesn't hold up well. Your legs or leg as it suggests.

I got what I expected! I wish it came with its own wax. I had to order it separately! That's the only downside! That works great!

Remember that at the highest temperature the wax can reach over 150 degrees - too hot. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, it takes 3 seconds for water at this temperature to cause a third degree burn. I just learned this the hard way after setting myself on fire. Update: The company has contacted me to say they are aware of this issue and have changed their supplier to address this issue.

Nice design and lots of extras but I had to go by the previous temperature reviews. Even with the lid closed (as another customer suggested) and at low temperatures, the paraffin gets so hot it becomes almost unbearable. I have a fairly high heat resistance but I was shocked at how hot the wax was, confirming other reviews. So I wouldn't necessarily recommend this product for that reason.

The product works very well. Use it to keep your feet and hands hydrated. The temperature control is odd, it heats up very slowly and gets very hot even on the lowest settings. You definitely need to be careful.
