Returns are not free as advertised

I'm a busy working mom and wanted to save time by buying my daughter's tennis shoes online. My daughter is still growing so I didn't know her exact shoe size but the seller marked the return as free so I ordered the shoes. The shoes arrived on time and were ok but too small. I ordered a size larger from the same seller. When I sent the smaller shoes back I was told I would have to pay the return postage. Free returns were incorrectly advertised. I wasted my time and money and will not buy youth

Pros
  • These are the most comfortable tennis shoes I've ever worn.
Cons
  • Reconfigure... Shoes feel like plastic

old date of manufacture

I bought them in the last quarter of 2020 and after 3 months of use they started to tear. I found out that the tag inside the shoe showed the date of manufacture and the shoe itself was made in 2011. I've never had a problem with KSWISS shoes, but now I buy them directly from KSWISS website to make sure I don't get old shoes.

Pros
  • The size fits very well. And the color is just as bright as the official photo. my son loves this
Cons
  • Don't buy this

the heel is too high; sore ankles

I love my K Swiss Express Light Pickleball which I have in blue but I also wanted black pickleball/tennis shoes. This black and lavender combo is a great colorway, but the sneakers don't match like the cucumber sneakers. The heel is too high and cuts into my skin during play, so I have the same scabs on the back of my ankles. However, I won't miss the K Swiss because I love my pickleball pair. I will just look for other sneakers with a lower heel.

Pros
  • A little big for youth 7 buy damn comfortable
Cons
  • Limited Color Options - While the Moonlit Ocean/White/Love Bird colorway may appeal to some, it may not suit those looking for a different color or design.

old date of manufacture

I bought these shoes and another pair in a different color for my son and after 3 months of use they started to tear. After speaking to someone I found out that the shoes have a manufacture date on the inside tag and both shoes purchased in the last quarter of 2020 were actually manufactured in 2011. I've never had a problem with KSWISS shoes but now I buy them directly from their website to make sure I don't have old shoes.

Pros
  • Ideal!
Cons
  • Price Point: The K-Swiss Hypercourt Express 2 tennis shoes can be considered expensive compared to other tennis shoes in the same category, which may put off budget-conscious buyers.

We bought them for an all purpose shoe for my 8 year old son. He plays football and other sports on the playground every day and rips his toes off most of his sneakers. These would be great for tennis but they are also very durable to withstand the daily wear and tear for kids who are picky about their shoes!

Pros
  • The perfect tennis shoe. Excellent arch support. I'm 61 years old, I'm a tennis player, I have small feet and high arches.
Cons
  • Lack of Durability – Some reviewers note that this shoe may not be as durable as other tennis shoe options on the market, which can be an issue for athletes who need a durable shoe for regular use.

Habit to hurt my son again to wear

I order the wrong size so I increased it to fit better and to allow it to grow I've had time to wear it a little longer so it doesn't outgrow them so quickly but my son wore it in his first School week would hurt his legs so he tries to wear them every other day to see if it wears off and the pressure so not 2 weeks has passed after 2 weeks he won't even wear them he says them hurt his butt

Pros
  • I still test them inside to serve
Cons
  • Limited Sizing Options - The K-Swiss Hypercourt Express 2 tennis shoes are only available in a size 5.5 US unisex for big kids, limiting their audience to those who fit that specific size.
