I use this cable to connect my scart switch to the upscaler in my retro console and it works great. It was the best price I could find for a male to male SCART cable and I have been using it for many years with no problems. The only downside, and not really the cable's fault, is that I had to replace the large metal head with a plastic one to fit the hole on my otaku gaming scart switch. Excellent SCART cables. The plug is actually screwed in, unlike most others, so it won't loosen or come loose. The outer shell is durable rubber insulation. The individual wires inside are heavily insulated, which is why the outer diameter is so thick. As a bonus, the connectors have a cool chrome look, which is nice.
