They may be small, but scissors.

I have the tailor's scissors from Kai and I LOVE them! So when I needed a small pair of sewing machine scissors, I bought these 4 inch Kai curved tip scissors. LOVE her too! They can be a bit pricey, but if they prove to be as good as my Kai Tailor's Scissors over time, they're worth the money. The quality of Kai's scissors is fantastic in my opinion.

PS she loved them so 5

My wife loves to sew. She makes clothes for me and herself including two (2) Jedi robes, one for everyday use as a robe and the other much prettier one that I keep for Halloween and for games (LOLZ I'm still making it in 69). She has been sewing since she was young and her passion is collecting scissors. Last year I bought her a pair specifically designed to cut buttonholes and it was one of her stocking fillers. PS She loved her so 5 stars.

INCREDIBLY sharp and VERY comfortable!

Wonderful scissors - very similar to cuticle scissors. Warning, this point is SUPER SHARP - I poked myself a few times before finally realizing that "ouch" means "be careful". ;o) I wouldn't trade them for anything and I have a great smartneedle seam ripper that I've never used and rely on these scissors instead. I keep them on a magnetic pen holder so they're always handy. Ideal for seams and thread trimming.

Pros
  • Sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • High price

Lamborghini scissors.

Great, light and comfy baby! It's like a sports car if a regular scissors were a bus. They are wonderfully accurate and sharp. I use them to fix the face masks I made for my daughter's hospital so they can 'stretch' the PPE they have during the Covid19 health crisis. Scissors are great for batch processing and trimming. Remove threads and trim excess fabric to reduce volume. They are slightly bent so I don't risk cutting a hole! (That's why I ordered them!) They're just a joy to use.

First time great!

At first I liked them. I have only used them for trimming threads when sewing and trimming elastics. They worked great for the first few weeks. They are very sharp and have a smooth "descent". After a few weeks they stick when opening and closing. I can't tell if this is the area of the screw that needs greasing or if the blades are pulling on each other. I tend to think it's the blades because when I open/close with a tighter grip I don't feel it as much. Such a bummer because I loved them and

don't get caught on my fingers!

They're quite sharp, curved enough to pick up loose threads from machine embroidery and the finger holes are very handy. I also use them to thread through my machine's needle eye and cut the thread under the presser foot after each color (the curve really helps). My other scissors (German) are very sharp and last forever. . but my thumb gets stuck in the finger holes (so annoying). To be honest, my hands aren't graceful, but they're not huge either. These are "cheaper" scissors (cut rather than
