I bought this pan because it is non-stick and also has an air pocket between the steel layer. I bake my usual cakes and cookies and they all stick to the pan. It stuck more than my pyrex glass pans. It wasn't easy to take off, I had to scrape it off, and it took time and some muscle strength. Definitely not anti-stick.
