Best productivity planning & tracking app for teams and individuals

The best thing about this software is that it helps me to track all my tasks in one place which makes things very easy when I have more than 1 task at hand or if there are several projects going simultaneously with different deadlines attached! It also provides detailed reports of what has been done well as compared against those who haven't performed up till now so you can easily see where your strengths lie from previous years' data analysis results - great tool indeed!! Nothing much apart…

Pros
  • Allows tracking multiple project /task assignments, hence keeping them organized.
  • Provides various reporting tools for easeful monitoring purposes,
  • Has an option available whereby we get notified everytime something needs our attention via email notification system (it works even better during holidays like Christmas & New Year's day!) :)
Cons
  • Somewhat complex interface design , i think not
