Pros
- Allows tracking multiple project /task assignments, hence keeping them organized.
- Provides various reporting tools for easeful monitoring purposes,
- Has an option available whereby we get notified everytime something needs our attention via email notification system (it works even better during holidays like Christmas & New Year's day!) :)
Cons
- Somewhat complex interface design , i think not
