Not overly impressed. The drill is not properly secured in the handle; came out after a few holes. I fixed it with a lot of Apoxy, but I shouldn't have done that.

I was so impressed with the first cone drill I bought that I ordered a second one. They can go through wood and soft stone quickly. I don't think kaKuri would recommend using this on metamorphic or sedimentary rocks. It's so cheap and so well made that if I break it I might just buy another one.
Pros
NOT ONLY FOR WOOD AND TREES: It can be used not only for ordinary wood, but also for drilling bamboo and resin products. Long and strong drilling teeth enable holes to be drilled even in thick objects.
I love this easy, low-tech way of drilling holes for small projects. This is an old-school traditional drill, old technology, basically a modern wood-handled drill. I use it for my "off" lumber shop in my garage, no fuss or mess, always ready. Just twist the wooden handle and push down at the same time and voila, it creates a nice neat hole.
Pros
SPECIALLY SHAPED BLADE AND BLADE COVER: High hardness HSS drill blade is used. The drilling performance is higher than that of a traditional drill, and the hole can be made in a very short time. A useful tool to improve the efficiency of woodworking jobs. It comes with a protective blade cap for safe transport and storage.
