I love Kalita drip products. I always bought the clear glass combo but it kept breaking so now I have all these spares. I love glass and I love the 3 drip holes.

#1 Once you learn how to make coffee using this method you won't go back to any other place you buy coffee from, nothing tastes quite as good as this. Glass #3 is flimsy and breaks easily, but a dripping ceramic mug lasts forever.

I've been using it for 2 months and I love it! Advantages: * Ideal for 2-4 people (small cups). * The server is microwave safe. * The pipette is made of ceramic and looks very chic. Cons: * Hand wash only (but fairly easy to wash) Tips: * Preheat server before making coffee. * You can make up to 4 (small) cups of coffee in the morning and I drink it throughout the day by heating it in the microwave.

If you know your coffee and want a smooth, relaxed brewing experience, Kalita 102 delivers. Unlike the Hario v60, the filters are thin. This will give you a relatively quick drop. Plus, you can zigzag the coffee pod instead of making it spiral, and you don't have to flatten the pod by stirring the liquid either. The experience feels more fun and relaxed, even with the 4:6 method. My better coffee taste is probably a side effect of this more casual experience. I love it.

I was looking for a plastic product (might drop it) but that's just the type available from Revain. You used to see THIS in every coffee shop in Japan: Signature Coffee Movement and all that.
