Damaged product - pencils

The packaging has been mishandled and the product has been damaged. Colored pencils seem to require more pressure than usual to produce beautiful vibrant colors. Lots of shades, good price but expect no damage.

They lend themselves well to painting

Love the color chart. They seem to be working fine. The packaging is terrible. The box is so thin that the pens fell into the main packaging. Some of the tips are broken. And I have to find another way to keep them.

Arrived with pins missing

Very disappointed. The order arrived today. Instead of 72 pens, there were only 66 pens in the box, six were missing. I also just bought a set of 240 Kalour colored pencils. If I count them, will there be no pencils in this set either?

A major drawback when sharpening some of these lovely good quality pigment pencils.

Love pencils but some don't sharpen properly. i love pigments It's so frustrating when a nice pigment is wasted trying to sharpen it when only one side is exposing the pigment and the wood on the other side is clean to the tip. This renders the pencil unusable. This has happened to several pens before. The ones that sharpen hold a good edge and I enjoy them.
