Dark Brown 8-Bottle Free-Standing Wooden 🍷 Wine Rack by Kamenstein - Butterfly Countertop Review

Received as a Christmas gift but arrived with no screws for assembly or instructions. We found that we had been sent back a rack that had not been properly tested, so we explained the problem and asked for it to be replaced. The replacement arrived today and was also missing screws and instructions. It is also returned, but not worth trying a third time.

It took me about 1/2 hour to assemble this item as the slots and holes did not line up with ease. I had to swap out parts several times, plus it was difficult to align them while holding them. There is a sticker but I put the product on the shelf with a sticker on the back so no one would see. With so much assembly involved, this product is overpriced and you can't exactly return it after complaining about the assembly. Do not buy!. Let me list the reasons: 1) Required assembly but there were defective parts 2) One of the Phillips screws had no head at all so I had to buy it. 3) The item is made of composite board pieces which gives off a horrible smell that makes me sick. Not completely satisfied with this product. In my opinion it's not worth the amount I paid for it. Even with the discount that was. The package of 8 screws was torn open and all the screws were covered in rust. It could have been in the water somewhere, separate from the wine rack. This is not the best product. I'm good with tools, but this item had too many issues to satisfy. Some of the screws were too small for the pre-drilled holes so I had to find screws in my stash that would hold the boards together, which took a lot longer than it should have. We wanted something inexpensive but pretty that would display and store a few bottles of wine on our countertop. It seemed to be both, and for the most part it was. Assembly was fairly easy, only taking about ten to fifteen minutes with a standard screwdriver.
