I bought these shoes for my 6 year old nephew who wants to be a firefighter. He hasn't taken them off yet. We try our best to make him understand that these are rubber boots and he should only wear them when it rains.

I've done a lot of research on the most durable wellies for kids and they fit the bill. They went through the bell and back. My son wears them everywhere and does everything with these things. They are not torn or broken, the quality is excellent. Just buy them.

My son really liked these boots when we got them. Compared to the rubber boots we bought him last year, they just fell short. The boots are torn and have holes in the sides so feet get wet. They were almost double the price of the boots we bought last year. I don't know if we received a defective pair. I'm a blogger and wouldn't recommend them at the moment. We've exceeded the return deadline so I can't even return it. We should buy him another pair of boots. Not worth paying $28.
