Feet are nice and dry! to my rating.

I ordered US size 6 and size 7 for tall kids boots to see which one is best. I usually wear women's size 7 or 7W and boys' size 5.5. Size 6 boots are a bit tight in thick socks, but size 7 was too big and my foot slipped. Got a size 6 and wore it for a hike in the woods recently. I think the smaller inner padding fits my feet well after some wear.

Pros
  • They are good and my son wears them all winter and he says they are good boots.
Cons
  • Waterproof and durable, but also very heavy and bulky... so it depends what you're looking for.

not for a broad leg suits me

From the pictures it looks like it will fit wide feet but it is so tight and uncomfortable. The boot liner is the culprit, so you may need to order a size up for comfort.

Pros
  • The only outfit my 5 year old granddaughter hasn't complained about. she loves them
Cons
  • Shoelaces can be easily untied

Good snowshoes: my rating

Good snowshoes. My kid liked it. Comfortable to wear. Without penetration of water and heat. Bought two sizes up due to the inner layer of insulation as recommended by other reviewers.

Pros
  • The boot features a removable inner shoe that provides extra cushioning and support to keep your child's feet comfortable all day long.
Cons
  • The weight of the boot makes it easy for children to trip over it

Necessary. Make sure to increase the size.

I love these boots and my son has worn them comfortably for hours. His feet were warm and dry. The trunk is small. It's usually a size 13 but we went for a size 1 and it fits perfectly.

Pros
  • Go for size. Durable and waterproof. Ours are available in winter and ski boots.
Cons
  • Not suitable for extreme weather conditions

Great boots for kids!

My son has boots from this company so we decided to order them for our daughter too. These boots are built to last - even though kids drag their feet across the floor, they keep us. Another nice feature is that the lining is removable so it can be washed and dried. No more wet feet!

Pros
  • Not worn yet. Water resistance and overall quality updates. Fits as expected, arrived on time.
Cons
  • The Velcro can be easily released

Excellent quality suits me

I have these for my boys, they are the only shoes that can last multiple seasons and still be passed on to younger brothers. Many other brands fall apart in one season. My boys wear them almost every day in the winter.

Pros
  • Great boot. Turns out big. I love that you can use the drawstring to close the top to keep snow out of the boot.
Cons
  • I received a size 1 boot in a size 2 box. Boots also arrived worn.

Not good for snow for me

I bought two pairs for my daughters, size 8 arrived as expected and she loves them. From the looks of it the size 12 has NO lining/insulation so they were pretty much useless - she put them on once and got cold. It's funny that they don't make it clear that the boots have no insulation.

Pros
  • We love these boots!! Easy to put on and take off, my daughter doesn't complain. It's probably best to go one size up.
Cons
  • Doesn't let air in that makes your feet sweat.

Great boots! good for me

I'm so glad I found these boots at such a great price! They are good to -40 degrees, waterproof and very easy for my six year old to put on and take off. They are very well made, we have ordered a bit more to hopefully last two seasons! The pairs we've had in the past still looked brand new after two winters of heavy use!

Pros
  • They work great for my kids. I like that the liner is removable for faster and more thorough drying.
Cons
  • The boot does not provide adequate support when walking on uneven ground.

my excellent rating

These are kids boots that I keep coming back to. Waterproof, warm, traction, and they've worked in Alaska and Wyoming. A bit pricey for us but they held 4 pairs of boy legs. Great.

Pros
  • The boot is insulated to keep your child's feet warm in cold weather, making it suitable for outdoor activities such as snow play, hiking and camping.
Cons
  • Interior pads wear out quickly

Fairy Shoe! the best in my rating

We love it. They are sewn to last when worn in the appropriate size. The insert wears out before the boot (again, choose the right size for durability). They are good for snow, rain puddles and, like my son, for everyday use. lol

Pros
  • Great for my 8 year old
Cons
  • Not suitable for wide feet

Really waterproof

They are made like miners' felt boots. The outer shoe is rubberized and the lining keeps food dry and warm. A very good quality.

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • Not very isolated

Not real wides are the best in my rating

Wide so narrow. After doing a little research, we found that there are testimonials on other websites that claim to have contacted Kamik about this. These reviews state that Kamik says they consider all their boots wide. There is no mention of "wide" anywhere on the shoe or insert. Our LO screamed when we tried to disable them. Couldn't even get the shoes on halfway so we tried on a few sizes up. The Quebec Tundras we ordered are running perfectly.

Pros
  • The Waterbug5 Snow Boot Kamik is a unisex children's boot that is completely waterproof and offers optimal protection for your child's feet in wet and snowy weather.
Cons
  • Not easy to clean from snow and dirt

Winter boots in my mind

I have purchased these boots many times for my children over the years. They are comfortable and keep feet dry at all times. I like the easy to remove lining.

Pros
  • Perfect for winter! My baby didn't slip at all and kept his feet warm!
Cons
  • Causes blisters after wearing for a long time

Finally a boot that isn't wet on the inside

Happy with the purchase. He appears to be putting up with an active 7-year-old in the Wisconsin winter. I visited deep puddles with spring dew, snow piles and slush. The boots don't come home with a wet lining, fortunately the outside can be wet but the inside doesn't seem to be affected. Check out this feature of children's shoes. I'm also glad the liner hasn't worn out as it always happens. My child is also happy that his feet are not wet after the change. I'll reconsider when my legs grow.

Pros
  • yes for snow
Cons
  • Slips on icy surfaces

Very little rating

Apparently I've waited too long this year to buy winter shoes for my kids. I usually buy Sorel Flurries but they weren't the size I wanted so I went with these kamiks. Size 1 wide was smaller than the size 13 Sorel Flurry I was planning to replace. I forgot how low the Kamika's mileage is. The width is narrower than the Sorels. Everything is too small for us.

Pros
  • Great boots! I love this brand. Looks like a Sorel but on a budget.
Cons
  • Difficult to clean

Nice pair of boots in my review

Boots correspond to the description. Very good children's winter boots for Minnesota weather. Children's feet stay dry and warm. We loved them so much we bought another pair for my second child!

Pros
  • Great boot. Used by our 8 year old son for school and snowmobiling and they stay warm and dry.
Cons
  • The boot tongue keeps slipping down

Got 2 left shoes, best in my rating

The boots appear to be what we ordered but we received two spare boots. I will leave a better review when the company fixes this bug. This is actually quite odd because the vertices where the emblem is located appear to be right and left. But the soles are both left (bulge on both shoes on one side).

Pros
  • STYLISH: The black and gray design of the Kamik Waterbug5 Snow Boot unisex children's snow boot is stylish and versatile, easily pairing with a variety of attire.
Cons
  • Expensive for inferior materials

Revainrating 4 out of 5

opinion depends on me

We have changed the sizes from the child sizes now required to purchase men's (7). I've been wearing boots from this brand since I was a child. Experience so far has been great (warm and comfortable boots, no complaints). Now the top is too big for my teenager and also too heavy. We send the goods back.

Pros
  • The main problem is that there are no large sizes, and the basic sizes are too difficult to carry.
Cons
  • Too heavy for toddlers to walk

hope he is more

I was hoping to get through two winters in these boots but my daughter said they were tight on the sides. When we pulled the liner out I was surprised they fit now and other brands usually have them in a size 2. (I bought a size 3 thinking boots are usually big.) I guess it depends on the brand off. I think it can be said that Kamik is more true to size. Definitely not big.

Pros
  • My youngest great granddaughter lives in Chicago, Illinois. You are a find.
Cons
  • Product size mismatch

Keep your feet warm and dry

Great boots that keep my kids feet warm and dry! The only shoe brand we have ever bought for our kids. They last several seasons and can be passed on to younger children.

Pros
  • At first they are narrow, but then they stretch. Absolutely ONLY found that the boot ice is not leaking.
Cons
  • The boot is too tight around the ankles
