Intuitive Kanboard - useful tool for project management

I like the way the kanban board is organized and the way it is accessible through the web. I dislike that sometimes the updates are not reflected immediately on the board. It would be great if they could update the board faster. I also dislike that the board is not accessible through the mobile app. I think the system is very flexible and can be adapted to our needs. We are using it to manage our projects and tasks. It is very good to use in a team. It is easy to use and has a lot of…

  • Easy access from anywhere at any time
  • Ease of Use
  • UI/UX design / UX flow feels intuitive once used frequently enough (as with most software)

  • No native Android App available which means no offline support when away or low signal areas.
  • Limited free version features compared other similar services

Super useful way of keeping organized

The ability to create boards for multiple projects in one place. Having all my cards/tasks grouped together allows me to keep track easily with no confusion about where I am at. It also helps when creating new tasks as it shows how long each task has been open before being completed. Creating a card and having everything related to the same project all under one view makes managing projects easier than ever! Kanban Zone - Best project management app ever!

The best thing about Kanban is that it makes every task easy to handle. It's so simple to use and understand, even if you're not a professional. I have been using this software for almost 2 years now and there has never been a problem with it. I don't remember having an issue while managing my workflow. Sometimes I feel like the design could be more modern looking but that's just me being picky. If you want a simple tool that will help you manage your tasks, then go ahead and give it a try…
