🔪 Japanese Traditional Thread Cutting Scissors - Kanetsune 105mm Length, Silver Color Review

I'm a reenactor and I see this style of scissors at most sellers for $2-$3. I bought a few of these and they are complete rubbish. They are well made and very sharp.

Professional seamstress/designer. They are safe in my hand and are great. Very easy to pick up and cut in one simple and safe movement.

I am very disappointed ☹️ with this product. I expected better. they rust! But that's not the worst. They just don't fit snugly enough to cleanly cut the overlock thread, which is what I bought them for. I gave up on her. waste of time and money.

I sew masks, cut hanging threads. The Japanese thread scissors Kanetsune make the work much easier. I'm left-handed and have XXL hands. With Japanese-style scissors, I don't have to squeeze my fingers into little loops for them to work. I'm an extra pair for my mom, the quilter. She loves them too.

I got tired of fiddling around with scissors with one hand so I grabbed one of these scissors although the cutting edge out of the box was excellent in the long run I expect that they are difficult to resharpen as you cannot disassemble them. There is only one complaint I have with scissors. The end is quite sharp in some places but can be removed with a file
