I usually wear a size 12 Levi jeans so I bought these. They fit, but they just fit. There is no elastic at the waist. So if you don't do it right, you won't be able to close the velcro. The waist is approximately 18 inches wide, so 36 inches in circumference. The leg opening is approximately 11 inches in diameter when flat, so 22 inches all around.
