🔋 Kastar Battery Replacement for Panasonic Cordless Phone: N4HKGMA00001, P-P511, HHR-P511, Type 24 Rechargeable Battery Review

I've just decided to replace the battery in my phone so I used a new battery and found that one of the ends of the battery (if you look to the right) isn't as flat as the other side, which means the battery is in upside down. I can't use it, it won't work. This is a manufacturing defect and I have no option to exchange it because I bought it so long ago (bought in February). I doubt I will buy from this company again, I have no way to rectify this situation.

(UPDATED) Battery is about 10 months old and only lasts 15-20 minutes on a charge. I can't figure out how to register a 3 year warranty either and for less than $10 it really isn't worth the hassle. Ordered 4 pieces. All Synergy versions 900 mAh. So 900 mAh is about the original capacity, the Energizer ER-P511 had 850 mAh. I just wanted to try 1800mAh for longer talk time (if available). I will remove the rating for the photo and description otherwise it's 5 stars. I have two Panasonic cordless phones that are probably 12 years old. As far as I remember, the original box said the phone can work for 5 days without charging.
