I LOVE this background! I used to order vinyl and could never get rid of all the wrinkles. I tossed this in the dryer with a damp towel to smooth out wrinkles after opening (I don't like to iron) and it worked great! The material feels velvety. The quality is fantastic! I will never go back to vinyl backs.

sent it back as it was really shiny and didn't look like real wood. It just didn't work for me, but it was very well done. I was impressed with the quality. It looked like it could be easily washed to smooth out any wrinkles as it naturally has crease lines when you first get it. The size was great and for those looking for a quality background this will work. I was just hoping for something more natural than shimmery.

I bought this live video background from facebook and it's perfect. I don't have a tripod to hold it up, but I have a false ceiling in my basement where I record, so I attached some 3m hooks to the ceiling frame, attached grommets to that backdrop and hung it that way. Looks great! It took a little ironing to get the creases out and I actually trimmed it without fraying. I definitely recommend this background for photos and/or videos.

Wow! I cannot praise this setting enough! I usually use vinyl but ordered a 20x10 white wood pulp backdrop for use in a large group photo shoot. The fabric is obviously not as light as vinyl, but I was still able to hang it on the wall using Command hooks and a curtain. Clips (which I bought separately from Lowe's). It was crumpled from folding, but I smoothed out all the creases in 15 minutes using a manual personal steamer (non-professional).

I'm a teacher who suddenly found a video conference and put her shabby house on display for all her students and colleagues. Hanging this backdrop gave my backdrop some interest and the wall behind me looked modern and chic. It was a lot cheaper than a repair and not as trivial as using one of the Zoom app's green screen backgrounds. I hung the fabric on the wall with command strips and it didn't move. I have been looking for non-vinyl backdrops because the creases are almost impossible to remove even in post-processing. Kate backdrops are made from microfiber which means they can be washed and ironed! When they came out of the box (I bought two) they naturally have creases as they were stacked in boxes. They came out very easily with a steam iron (I try not to iron clothes, steam is better for fabrics). In fact, I loved the two 8" x 8" backdrops so much that I went to Kate Backdrop's website
