We've only had it a few weeks and it's already difficult to use. You have to press the buttons multiple times to increase or decrease the volume or change the channel. Very bad quality.

The RM-YD035 serves its purpose, but is made of thinner plastic than the original SONY remote control. Clearly noticeable due to its low weight. Lower price means lower quality but don't get me wrong, it turns the TV on and off and the function keys work.

When our existing remote for our 10 year old TV died I was happy to find one at a very reasonable price so here we have it not noticed urgently need to replace our TV during a pandemic. Shipping was quick and the remote works reasonably well, although the buttons on it are a bit cramped and require more pressure than the ones he replaced. However, I am glad that we now have a few months and more to buy a new TV.

However, the small circle in the center that moves the cursor worked for a minute and then just got stuck. The volume works. The menu button works, but you can't move up or down when the center is locked. I paid less than $10 for this remote control! This is an exact replica of the OEM remote that I replaced and averages $40. I've already received it, played around with each button, learned a few things and am very happy with this product! Great replacement for my Sony Bravia TV! Requires only 2 AAA batteries, is very light and feels good in the hand. It works with any Sony Bravia TV and its model number is RM-YD035.
