Okay. It's almost perfectly the same as the original, except for the central navigation bar, which is even smaller on this device. It is very difficult to use the pillow unless you have small children's hands.

Compared to original Sony remote control (same model number), the four arrow keys are much smaller and different from original remote control, and it's almost impossible to find them exactly to control or to press comfortably with fingers or thumb. Very frustrating. The picture on the website looks like the real thing, but once you buy this remote control you will see what I mean. Too many problems to get a refund.

I'm a property manager in Seattle and the next day we had new guests in one of the condos. I ordered them yesterday and even with overnight delivery for 2 remotes it was still cheaper than trying to find 1 Sony remote. Anyway, after putting in 2 AAA batteries I just tested it and it works GREAT. I will be buying a few more for other Sony TVs to be more prepared. Thanks very much!
