Suits and shirts are now hung up nicely in the dry basement. It was exactly what I needed. Maybe they'll stay there for a year before the virus "just goes away," but maybe those clothes stay there forever. In any case, these cases are designed to protect them.

We have these to store and protect seldom worn long coats (wool and furs). I wouldn't use them for travel, they don't seem strong enough for that, but for just hanging there and keeping out dust and moths they do fine. There is nothing more to say about it, but I would buy it again, maybe that's enough.

I'll be as honest as I can. I don't know what defines a garment bag as good or not. I have a lot of expensive outerwear that isn't worn half the season and I have a long haired cat. So I wanted something that would protect my outerwear in the off-season so it wouldn't be covered in cat hair when I put it on. I don't use them for travel or anything but they are fantastic for my needs.

They're breathable, they're opaque to prevent fading, they're durable, and they protect your clothes from bugs. It may not be very convenient to take it as luggage on the plane, but it is better to put it in a suitcase or hang it on a luggage rack in the car. Or just in the closet. There is even a window and a pocket where you can put the picture of the clothes. I click one for each heavy item I have. Doesn't add much extra space, keeps things clean between wears.

We've been having a little moth problem lately so we're going through all our clothes and closets and getting rid of the moths.
