My 4 year old son is very picky about his shoes. He loved these boots. We have 5 acres of fairly steep forest and it runs everywhere. He wore them (almost) every day for 10 months with no problems. He has a normal wide foot. I think my youngest son might not be able to wear them because he has quite a wide foot, but they fit our eldest perfectly. Thanks for a great pair of boots!

My kid loves these shoes, they are roomy and comfortable but the quality of the tailoring is questionable. I have already returned a pair because the leather element came loose a few days after my child started wearing them. It took about 1.5 months for the second identical pair to come loose in about the same spot (next to the velcro). We really like Keen children's shoes, but this model was very disappointing for me. I didn't expect to buy 3 pairs of boots in one season.

I am loyal to a brand that has been offering summer sandals and sneakers for my son for several years. He is 3 1/2 and currently wears a size 11 Chandler shoe with limited room.
