I had to modify them a bit to make them work. The pre-drilled holes did not line up with the speakers. It also didn't come with a rear end or mounting hardware. So I cut the back from scrap aluminum and added strips of aluminum to accommodate so the mounting brackets wouldn't break the plastic. I installed this in the back of a 2013 RZR4. Next time I'll probably just build the box out of aluminum for half the price.

Works well and has plenty of depth for my marine grade speakers on my UTV. If you're a creative person, it can work with many different brands of UTVs. I cut out a sheet of plywood and attached a speaker box to it so I didn't have to go through the roof. Worked great. A bit pricey but exactly what I was looking for in my app. The speaker mounting holes don't match the speakers I chose, but it's easy enough to drill new holes and use the included hardware to mount them.
