Tldr: copper is lovely!I originally dyed my hair a 7w Demi-permanent color, which was really just a warm-looking light brown, but I really wanted redder hair. My hair is a pre lightened pale blonde so I should say this worked very well for me since I started with such a light shade. I ordered rose gold and it put a more pinkish color into my hair but I like it. I have only used it while in the shower and left it on for about 3-5 minutes which gave my hair that pink tint to it. This stuff works very well - TOO well, in fact! My hair is quite porous from all the abuse I've heaped upon it, so it absorbed LOTS of color. So much so, that my hair was orange. I have dirty blonde hair with lots of bright highlights, and this color conditioner worked SO well. It has a little bit of a lather to it so it spreads nicely and looks great. leaves kind of an orange residue on towels and pillowcases but that’s kind of normal and it will probs wash out or can be bleached out of white towels. you definitely need lighter hair for this to work, some of my darker blonde sections needed 2 treatments but it looks great! been getting so many compliments.
