I bought the mask, not the shampoo, although a lot of the reviews here refer to the shampoo. While the box was new, in perfect condition, and cellophane wrapped like the ones I bought at my salon, the mask is pink, not white, and more runny, not thick and creamy. Unless I know it has been modified, this product is a scam and you should not buy it.

Unfortunately the mask I bought is FAKE KERASTASE MASQUE; While the clear plastic box and packaging appear brand new, the mask is more of a pinkish and thinner gel than the usual thick and rich feel. After using the product, my hair didn't look full and healthy, but rather dry. I've been using the Kerastase mask for over a decade and I certainly know the difference after masking my hair. I hope this post helps you avoid wasting money like I did.

Buyer beware! Fake product! It should be white, but it's pink. I have been using this product for many years. The one sent in is not a real air conditioner.

My daughter and I have been using this conditioner for many years and the real product is wonderful. It is a fake. The real conditioner is white, this one was pink and our hair was dry after using it. Definitely don't buy! We bought a real conditioner from other sellers on Amazon.
