I liked the conditioner but unfortunately they sent me two conditioners instead of shampoo and conditioner. When I opened the box, one of the bottles was open, so there was conditioner in the box.

False advertising. It's not a blue bottle (smoothing therapy), it's just a white bottle. Very disappointed but I have to wash my hair not to come back. I don't buy here anymore.

Conditioner leaked in travel shampoo and shampoo/conditioner plastic bag. It's a big mess. Hopefully they can find a better way to pack items to avoid leakage. I believe that each item should be in its own plastic bag.

Received my shampoo and conditioner but was very surprised to see that the bottles were white and not the usual turquoise or turquoise as usual. I hope the new one is the same one I always buy, otherwise I won't be happy. Is this a new look or are these bottles very old?

I bought this product to increase the effect of keratin smoothing. Expensive but the hair looks really great. Small travel bottles are ideal for on the go.
