When my beautician gave me a kerotene treatment, she told me to find a shampoo and conditioner for treated hair to make it last longer. She was just as shocked as I was when a 90 day treatment actually lasted 9 months. I know I can devote some of that time to their experience, but I also put some of that time into these products. I haven't used anything else.

I've been using this product for 2 weeks now and I haven't noticed any change in the condition of my hair. Makes my hair really curly

Bottom line, not a pleasant unpacking experience! Great product, love it! But this time, Revain's packaging failed. In the box were two other items of shampoo and conditioner. Not sure which, shampoo or conditioner, but one of these got onto other products (cigarette rolling machine and leaves). Luckily other products were fine after washing.

I have been using this product for 5 years and love the keratin shampoo and conditioner. I saw that it came with a comb and was excited to try the comb. Unfortunately the comb was not included :( Sooo disappointed!

The product is too thin aquarium lint. Need a lot to be able to wash hair or hair conditioner. quality is so bad! Not satisfied with this product!

Firstly, the comb is NOT the one pictured, the teeth are less than 3 inches long. It's useless to me. The bottles were wrapped in hard broken plastic in the box along with the hair dryer. The shampoo cap was loose and the shampoo spilled out of the plastic onto the bottles and comb. Some leaked into the hair dryer box. Revain makes every effort to replace items.

Ok the smell is terrible the shampoo foams well and I think it is good for my hair. However the conditioner is so watered down I'm not sure if they added water, I've never used a conditioner like this before. My hair doesn't get soft either. I will definitely not buy again.
