I love the stand; easy to assemble. I would have liked the base to be a bit taller, but my husband pointed out that the base needed to be taller to keep it strong. So I decided I like the stand the way it is. The guest bathroom is small so it fits in perfectly.

In less than 6 months of use the product broke. The mount is completely free and wobbly rotates around everything. There is no way to drag the floor. I would definitely not recommend this product. I have written to the company for a refund or replacement. They are in Hong Kong so we'll see if I get an answer.

The kids ripped off the wall mount a second time so I gave up. the holes plastered/painted and ordered for our guest toilet. It looks like it was more expensive than it actually was. No tipping problems in normal use. I've used it with Charmin Ultra Tools (not Mega) and it's been great.

The bottom back of the marble was broken when it arrived but the packaging was fine. That probably happened before you put it in your own box. Another thing is that the height is too low. If you have a high toilet seat, it will be difficult to reach it. It simply aligns over the bidet adjustment head when you place it next to it. Didn't work, had to return.

I was absolutely delighted with this purchase. It worked and looked great for seven months until the marble base suddenly broke. A startled adult using the restroom next to him grabbed a roll of toilet paper and, quite unexpectedly, the entire metal rod of this stand came loose with him. We had just started using our central air conditioning about a week ago so I don't know if it can handle temperature swings or something, but the base was completely destroyed.

Check the altitude measurement carefully to make sure it meets your needs. 20 inches it brings tp even with the seat. Not very comfortable to use. Plus, stainless steel leaves endless fingerprints! You can even see them in the photo. It seemed strong enough but my husband said he hit it. several times only with toilet paper. We have returned the product. We still give it 3 stars because it looked good and was well made. It may work in some situations, but not for us.

First of all it was packaged in a box. No model was specified in the instructions, exactly the same one I bought. However, I managed to do it without instructions. The lower part of the base consisted of 2 parts, one of which had some weight. The other was a matte silver that showed up on top. Bought in the middle of moving, just came to the structure or so I thought 2 days ago. 1 came with nut removed, will not tighten, so cannot be assembled. Another, as soon as I hand tightened the nut without pressing hard, the base marble broke into 3 pieces and covered the entire new carpet in sand.
