The teapot is very, very nice. Unfortunately, that's not very smart. The handle is incorrectly designed and gets very hot. You'll have to use that clumsy silicone claw hand, and even opening it and pouring if your hand isn't positioned correctly will burn you steam. I wish someone had warned me before buying! TL;DR: Beautiful, but stupid.

You really get your money's worth with this kettle. Trying to find a decent teapot here was like buying a used car. The reviews made me think I'd be better off going to the store in person to see what I'm actually getting. It had the most positive reviews and looked amazing so I decided to give it a try. The teapot looks nice but is totally useless and poorly made. In addition, it does not withstand heat. After less than six weeks of owning this product, few days ago when I took the kettle off the stove, the base/bottom of the kettle unexpectedly fell off and hurt my feet.
