Can't connect keyboard to type on iPad

Home The problem is that the keyboard does not connect to my iPad. Some keys work (to increase screen brightness, lock, unlock, adjust volume. But when I try to enter text (email or fill out a text box form) the letter and number keys do not respond. It seems some software too be or connection issue as the only buttons that don't work are the ones for typing, the backlight seems to work, it connects via bluetooth, the trackpad is ok (a bit sluggish but ok for the price)

Keyboard won't connect to type on iPad

The main problem is that the keyboard won't connect to my iPad. Some keys work (to increase screen brightness, lock, unlock, adjust volume. Exceeded expectations! Like a mini Macbook. Wonderful!

This iPad case exceeded my expectations. It fits my iPad Air 2020 perfectly and securely. It seems very durable to protect my iPad. My favorite features are the trackpad and backlit keyboard - they feel and function like a mini MacBook (that's what I had in mind when I bought this keyboard case and why I wanted it). Very easy to pair with iPad. The 360's design is great too - you can turn it upside down and hold it like a tablet without taking your iPad out of the case and exposing the keyboard
