Everything fits but for some reason the buttons don't work with the 3 piece lock and release housing. I had to replace it with an old button case and it worked. It's now extremely touch sensitive when I press the lock button twice. But I still wanted the outer shell. So I'm happy.

I liked that I could easily rearrange the key and secure it with 2 different sized screws in the holders I liked that I didn't have to go to the dealer or locksmith and lots of money pay for a new replacement. The old key fob in the mechanism also fits perfectly. It doesn't need to be reprogrammed either. It took a few times to get it working properly. Added a new 1620 3v button battery the new key fob for Xtra protection I am very satisfied

I bought this 8 months ago and it was very easy for me to replace the key and computer part of my broken key fob with this one. The old one didn't hold together and broke where the key fob goes. It's an easy fix! It doesn't have a Mitsubishi badge on the back, but I can live with that. I wish the locking button still had an edge, so it's just a matter of feel instead of looking for it, but maybe I can fix that with a dab of super glue or something.
