Bought for my 2008 GMC Sierra. They were easy to program and I was happy for two days. Then one didn't work and the next day another. Both reprogrammed and they worked the same for a few days then. You stop programming. Almost useless. Save your money and don't buy from this place.

Dealer activation not required for my 07 Sierra. The dash menu has a remote relearn feature. Use the buttons on the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel and look for "Remote Relearn". With the key in the on position, scroll to the menu item and press the check button. Then press and hold the unlock and lock buttons on the remote at the same time until you hear a beep. That's easy.

This may be the right remote but I would like to be warned that it cannot be programmed for a 2014 GMC Acadia! The package is said to go to their website for directions and the website had no instructions! I tried everything and after 2 hours finally realized I had to hire a locksmith to program it for my car. I just want you to describe it in detail before you buy it. stupid

Great product I lost all the remote controls in my truck and they work just like the originals. One thing to note is that the instructions that come with it ask you to take the fob out of the box and have it programmed by a locksmith. Instead, I would recommend going to YouTube and watching a short video on how to program them yourself. I was able to program these two remotes in less than 5 minutes and all I needed was a truck key! I would recommend this product to anyone who needs this type of

Super easy install, flawless performance, incredible price. I would give more than five stars if I could. I probably wouldn't have been so excited about this if I hadn't gone to auto parts stores and Chevy dealerships to look for a key fob replacement. Auto parts stores sold them for about $30 and then charged $150 for programming! Dealers were closer to $250! This is a simple work cart. All I need is the lock and unlock features. $150 for programming that takes 15 seconds?! It makes me sick…
