This is a high quality sew on or embroidery shirt. I ordered a size 8/9 for a 7 year old girl who weighs 60 pounds. She usually wears a size 7/8 top. I wasn't sure about washing shrinkage so I hand washed and line dried before embroidering the St Patrick's Day design. The color will not fade or fade when hand washed in a mild detergent. Fits well, shirt length is about 2 inches shorter than other brands, but no real problem with leggings, jeans, shorts or a skirt. Light green color. Would order

Picked this up for my 12 year old daughter, size 13/14 in white. It's a great garment to wear under sweaters. This is a very soft cotton, comfortable to sit on, but runs small. After machine washing in cold water and tumble drying at low temperature, noticeable shrinkage in the sleeves and body length occurred. That's a really good shirt. The fabric is soft and of good quality. The seams are very well finished and the fit is excellent. I've washed it twice already and so far I haven't seen any serious piles. And green is a beautiful shade for my daughter. I ordered size 2-3T for my almost 3 year old. Fits perfectly, little room to grow. I bought this as a replacement for a pajama top so I'm happy with the fit. Soft cotton, will not shrink when washed and dried.

I ordered a size 6/7 for my 5 year old hoping there would be room for growth. After one wash it shrunk a lot and now fits perfectly. I would recommend going up a size if you want it to fit now and ordering two sizes up if you want room to grow. Aside from the significant shrinkage, I highly recommend this shirt. It's a good weight, not too thin. The material is pleasant, the color does not change from wash to wash.

This shirt is well made from soft cotton fabric, no threads are sticking out. I have size 10-11. I add measurements after initial run-in in the washing machine. Wrist to forearm 15.5 inches.
