Perfect replacement for the old model of the same model. Slightly different mount on the new one, but still fits the old existing mount with no issues.

this one stopped working after a short time, kept working every 5 minutes, we replaced the battery with new ones, and it still doesn't stop with alarm, waste of money

After several weeks of use, it started buzzing around midnight and wouldn't stop. I had to seal the buzzing place with electrical tape and put 2 pillows on top to drown it out. I'm buying a second one, the first was the same. Not good. I am sorry

Assembly and installation was very easy. Bought this to replace my baby alarm which I have had for 8 years. For two weeks this alarm clock just rang all night. Never by fire or carbon monoxide. I will return this product.

We ordered one of these and the full alarm went off at night a week after installation. We couldn't find a reason for this so Revain kindly refunded us even though it's a non-refundable item. We ordered the same thing and the same thing happened again. We ordered another brand and it's ok. Kidde didn't help, but Revane helped.

Update February 2021 - Alarm started ringing for no reason then stopped. Only to do it again a few hours later. I sat next to him both times and can attest that it was a false alarm. November 2020 - It replaced a similar unit that had been in service for approximately 8 years. I like that I can use the same mount as the previous one. The exchange has now become much easier.

Do not buy this product! Despite reading other reviews mentioning this issue, I decided to order anyway, hoping it wouldn't happen to me. I wanted a 10 year old battery as it was in an area with high ceilings. In 3 months, the alarm clock would have 3 triple beeps, which always happened at night or early in the morning while you were still asleep. Unfortunately I have to buy a traditional fire alarm where you replace the battery annually and place it in a lower spot on the ceiling.
