It's magic! I'm pretty picky when it comes to lotion. I'm also a nurse so I wash my hands with foam all the time. Recently the skin on my fingers cracked and this ointment saved it. It smells amazing too!

Best hand moisturizer I have ever used. The winters here are pretty harsh and from frequent hand washing I found my hands getting very dry and cracked. I have tried so many different lotions and even slept with Aquaphor smeared on my hands and then my glove but no relief. I tried this hand ointment because it was recommended to me by a friend and I really liked it. A lot has changed with my hands. I recommend to everyone

This is definitely not a genuine Khiel's Hand Salve. I've been using this cream forever and I usually shop at department stores. I bought it and at first thought it smelled funny. I've been using it for several months, my hands are dry. I would like a refund for this item. It's not fair that we're being ripped off by my salespeople like this.
