Breaks after using for less than a month

Purchased two of these to stay fit for bow hunting season. Each of these snapped within a month of use. Absolute garbage!

Pros
  • Great product , works well
Cons
  • Band snapped in half after about 2 months of use. I had been doing about 12 reps a day.

Great for exercising both arms.

I had the 30 pound band for over two years before it finally broke. Otherwise, it works as advertised, and I'm going to buy another one. I also have a 50 pounder, and it is a bit too strong for me, so I haven't used it much. I think I'll get a 40 pounder. I have been using the 30 pounder while going on long walks, stopping to do sets of 10 with each arm, alternating.

Pros
  • MULTI PURPOSE: Beginners can use this exerciser to build strength for pulling the bow.For pros,it keeps the muscle toned,so muscle strength wouldn’t weaken when hunting is out of season. Really good archery fitness device! Besides,it can also be used as home/gym workout equipment,it strengthens arms, chest, shoulders, back, legs, and buns well.
Cons
  • Thought this would help with stance. Not at all

Peace of junk - my new review

I received the 50 lbs band for Christmas in 2021. The band broke on 8 February 2022. I used it a few times a week and pulling about 20 times each day. The band lasted 1.5 month. I would not recommend these bands if they last such a short duration.

Pros
  • Bow Maintenance Accessories
Cons
  • Not suitable for beginners: The KIKIGOAL Archery Band may not be ideal for beginner archers or shooters who lack the necessary technique and experience to use it properly

It does exactly what it is supposed to do!

65 year old spouse, helped regain muscle strength to pull back compound bow in preparation for hunt season. No negative comments; just what the doctor ordered!

Pros
  • Great for building archer muscles!
Cons
  • Not very robust.

Perfect for practicing your draw

It’s simple and exactly what you thing it is. A black rubber tubing with a couple handles to make it feel like drawing a bow. I went with the blue one and it is about 45lbs pull and gives a good work out. I usually draw 65# on my compounds and 52# with my trad bows so it is a little light but it will certainly help training in my office. My arms shake after holding it for 10 seconds so it’s working.

Pros
  • PORTABLE: Lightweight design packs easily in a backpack, highly portable, start your bow training anywhere, anytime.
Cons
  • Due to its size, the KIKIGOAL Archery Band is not easily portable and therefore is inconvenient to carry around for individuals who want to train while on the go

Should’ve bought sooner

Got this after rupturing my Achilles and being stuck on the couch and wanted to maintain strength for bow season since I would be able to go outside and shoot my bow. I ordered the 50lb which is perfect to practice holding back and getting muscles in shape holding back. Should’ve been using this in off months prior to my injury to help strengthen those muscles. Very portable too so I can fit in a backpack on vacations and bringing to work

Pros
  • Hunting & Fishing
Cons
  • The KIKIGOAL Archery Band focuses on the upper body strength and may not engage lower body muscles, which is important for individuals who want to perfect their form and strengthen their overall archery and shooting skills
