Not as strong and durable as professional ones. But it works fine. The pre-mark for cutting is a nice feature. I was looking for a tape with a cooling effect after application. It's not like this.

I was really surprised how well this kinesiology tape works! I use it more like a brace for my ankle. I tried another brand and it wasn't as good. I recommend trying this thread.

Great price compared to department store tape. I find this product sticks to my skin all day long. The other tape doesn't stick to my skin all day. Not that painful after a day of wearing. I use this tape on my knees all day long as I have a physically demanding job (walking, stooping, stooping, carrying heavy objects all day).
