Complete junk. on my review.

When I first installed this it seemed to work fine. You fill the reservoir with water and set a temperature and it will keep the bed warm. After about 1 week it started to make gurgling noises and then would get cold and then very hot. So hot I would wake up kicking the blankets off. I checked to see if there was enough water and topped it off but at a set point of 94 it would vary in temperature from 82-106! That could be dangerous because it causes overheating. I will be returning this item.

Ineffective For Desired Purpose

There is so much to dislike about this mattress. The first glaring issue is the clearly fake reviews that exist on this product-- one is from a 'reviewer' allegedly from the United States that shared photos of a bed display clearly from outside the country (evidence: non-US wall outlet observed).Anyway, poor business practices aside, to the product itself. Nice affordable water heated pad

I bought this for my parents and they are really loving it. It keeps them warm in the winter nights. Easy to setup and remote control is great. Only caveat is single temperature control. If this had dual temperature, it would of been 6/5

Not what I expected

This was very stiff which I expected. It was nice to crawl into a warm bed at night however if you tried to preheat the bed anything less than 100 you wouldn’t have a warm bed. Wouldn’t hold temperature through the night which I kinda expected since you’re pushing warm water through tubes. This however had large fluctuations between too hot and too cold. Some nights the pump made loud noises which didn’t sound right. I’d turn off when that happened. Was excited for something other than electric
