When I first installed this it seemed to work fine. You fill the reservoir with water and set a temperature and it will keep the bed warm. After about 1 week it started to make gurgling noises and then would get cold and then very hot. So hot I would wake up kicking the blankets off. I checked to see if there was enough water and topped it off but at a set point of 94 it would vary in temperature from 82-106! That could be dangerous because it causes overheating. I will be returning this item.
