I was really looking forward to these pens. I like the fact that they have a larger fine point, I don't like super thin pens and they write very well. But the brush leaves a lot to be desired. They are soft and the tip bends very easily. I read somewhere here that they are comparable to tombows. They may look just like her, but the quality isn't as high. I really hoped they would. I won't go into detail on what has already been reviewed - before you buy, read everyone's reviews. As an artist with little experience with water based markers I decided to buy these because of all the tombow lookalikes on Revain, this is the best approximation without the high price tag. In art, Tombow is the industry standard for water-based markers. But tombows are quite expensive unless you're going to illustrate or fund your child's early artistic endeavors. They offer a good alternative.
