Flimsy Tape Fails to Warn

Based on my observations, this caution tape failed to adequately warn and protect workers. The tape WAS flimsy and could easily be torn leaving hazards exposed. The yellow color was also not very vibrant, making it difficult to identify and avoid danger. .

Just what I needed for my kid's party but something was stuck to the floor

Ordered for my son's ghost buster party and this is what I needed apart from some weird burnt plastic bits that ruin the ribbon a bit when unwinding. It will do the trick, but just in case I'm not going to place it above/next to food zones. Photo provided after trying to scrape off some material.
