Looks like a good design and might suit you. However, my toilets have a flap on the side that is level with the horizontal bar that stabilizes the bracket. I tried to go in front of or behind, over or under the valve. Impossible. I tried attaching sliders to raise the legs and therefore the bar, but it was a cumbersome solution that added to the instability of this already fragile item. I haven't had as bad an experience with this toilet seat as other reviewers have. It fits well over my 36" toilet (but it has very little room to move) and I had no problem getting the rear pole over the toilet valves and hoses. My hose comes out about 8 cm higher out of the wall. floor and it was cleaned with no problems. I left the rack wobbly until it was over the toilet and then tightened all the screws. Tempted by 5 stars I think the product could be significantly better even for the reasonable price I paid. The packaging was sufficient. Assembly is as easy as disassembly. A bit of a disappointment is that the pieces are very light and all four ledges of the shelf support, although easily straightened with pliers, were bent.
