This little one is well made, no issues with wood or paint. The horse is charming and different from the usual nutcracker. It's light, can't wait to put it next to my other Christmas nutcrackers.

This painted wooden nutcracker does not have a nutcracker mouth but rather the traditional look of a Christmas nutcracker. He has a cloth hat, fluffy hair and a beard. It's big enough to serve as a centerpiece or decorate any room for the holidays.

I love to decorate for Christmas and am always looking for particularly old-fashioned decorations that take me back in time. It is very sweet! The wooden nutcracker on a horse is well made and quite large. Be sure to check the specifications before ordering. It's colorful and will make a great decoration for a tabletop or mantle. Purchased Santa's nutcracker on a rocking horse. I love it. The white paint is a bit worn in places, but that suits me. Technically this nutcracker has a lever and his mouth is moving, but you can't see it because he's completely under his beard. I love how it wiggles a few times when pressed. It's nice to spin like a board toy. My dog found the swing fascinating. But then he stopped swinging and almost got eaten. Now it's on a higher shelf.
