Works great for '98 at Parts

I bought a used blaster for the kids. The stock braking system is one of the worst I've seen. This cable simplifies the entire braking system. Works perfectly. Easy installation.

High Quality - Upgrade "Short Cable "

Used to replace my rear brakes that were stuck on a 1997 Yamaha Blaster (replaces the front brake cable with a foot brake). This is a must have upgrade item and fits perfectly.

Fantastic replacement part!

If you don't mind removing the parking brake on your ATV, this is great. Easy to install, works great and is sooooo much smaller than an OEM cable that you might not find! And if it rusts or gets damaged, just buy another one, it's still cheaper than a single OEM cable.

Not recommended for cables and cables

All installed, used the brakes for the first time and immediately broke the ring at the end of the cable. very cheap stuff. On top of that I had the most difficult time getting the cotter pin in, it was a very tight squeeze and I ended up using a vise to get it out. would not recommend
