Kirkland Signature Triple Blade Razor 14-count: Superior Shave for Less! Review

I first bought this razor from Costco in Los Angeles and was immediately impressed. Yhe pen is the perfect weight for me. The blades are a bit tricky to snap into the mechanism, but once you get the hang of it you'll be fine. My only complaint is that the blade stack comes off very easily, leaving you with individual blade sheaths everywhere. I would definitely change that.

The blades are fine but the razor handle breaks very easily. If you drop it in the shower, one of the two little tabs holding the blade in place will almost certainly break, rendering it useless with just one tab. Also, you can't just buy a razor handle. You need to buy another handle and set of blades.

The blades are great, but the handle is so poorly made that it breaks long before the blades run out. I bought 3 of these sets and while all 3 handles broke I was stuck with over 30 useless blades. Not the quality you would expect from a Kirkland product.

It's a good razor, you get the pay off and I would compare it to the Mach3 razors and the dollar razors I used to use. My only complaint has nothing to do with the razor itself, but it looks like it has been discontinued(?) by Costco in my area. I really want Kirkland to bring them back, I prefer them to Harry's razors which are currently in stock. I had to order them again through Revain.
