    Great product: kitchen sink accessory

    Very happy with this soap dispenser. Ordered it separately for the brushed nickel faucet and it fits perfectly. Very easy to install. I put it in the hole where my old atomizer was. The tube was missing and the company sent me a brand new package with everything within 2 days. Excellent customer service and product.

    DO NOT BUY! - Kitchen sink accessory

    I upgraded my sink and this is the only pump that matches the style of my house and sink. However, I had a pump dispenser for exactly 4 months and when I wanted to pump some soap with it, the pump went through the hole, the whole soap dispenser broke and fell to the ground, now I have absolutely nothing left for the pump dispenser, except for a nice hole in the Bathroom sink! If you want to pay a good price for a pump dispenser only to break after exactly 4 months then by all means do it!

    Supplied without instructions for filling.

    Looks good but no instructions on how to fill the soap container. The plumber who installed it didn't tell me to fill the dispenser from the top. After struggling under the sink to unscrew the container and fill it with dish soap. The top dispenser didn't work. Now I'm waiting for the plumber to come back and fix it. I'm sure the dispenser is fine, but the lack of top-fill instructions caused me unnecessary inconvenience.

    Practical top filler, easy to install and beautiful!

    It's beautiful! Even more than I thought. The base could have been a bit wider as it fits perfectly (barely) in my sink's pre-installed hole. I didn't move it in any direction because water could flow out of the crack. So if your sink has standard openings it will fit, but be sure to center it so there are no gaps. Installation was very easy and filling is also easy. It fills from the top, so just pull your head and that's it.

    The hole size of my countertop soap dispenser is 1 1/2 inches. I've read reviews and Q&A and it was said that this would plug the hole, but unfortunately it doesn't. The stainless steel plate that sits on top of this dispenser's stand is also 1 1/2 inches, so it doesn't cover the cutout. i have to return it BUT, I wish it would fit because you won't believe the weight, weight and quality! It's really beautiful and made of metal and high quality. The packaging was great, it sure isn't cheap. The

    Attractive product with great dispenser design

    Product arrived quickly and well packaged. Installation is very easy and the dispenser is just as attractive as the photos. A big plus is that the soap dispensing hole is not at the top of the spout like most dispensers, but below it. This ensures that the soap goes straight into the sink and doesn't spill like some dispensers do. I've only been using it for a few days, so I can't comment on its reliability yet.     Work in pairs unless you have unusually long arms

    Unless you're 6'19 your arms are probably not long enough to put the dispenser on the sink trying to unscrew the floor under the sink while keeping everything straight. Too much work for a single girl with short crocodile arms. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. The color is great. The perfect black matte for any type of interior.     It's way better than the Kohler soap dispenser we had

    It's way better than the Kohler soap dispenser that we hated but kept because it costs so much (bad reason I know ). It was hard to squeeze and you barely got any soap for your troubles. This one pushes down easily and straight with very little wobble. Dispenses a lot of soap with one squeeze. What's nice is that you can partially press it to get a smaller amount of soap. That didn't work for Kohler. I can't believe it was only $16. I would say the color is between stainless steel and brushed…

    Took a little over a year

    UPDATE 2021. It took a little over a year but today the plastic at the top of the yoke ripped making it impossible. Too bad the plastic wasn't as durable as the metal parts. This will still work, except now there's nothing stopping you from falling down the hole. UPDATE: Added one star because it was a very good buy. Well built and works perfectly.
