At first I tried to slide it in - it didn't fit. I was upset because I had to send it back after a week of waiting. Then I came across a review where someone wrote that you have to put it in hot water. It worked great and he slipped right in. My husband accidentally threw away the old legs and their absence scratched my sink so this purchase was definitely worth it.

Sink Rack. After 8 years, the original legs started cracking and breaking. It was the perfect replacement. I appreciated the advice to run them under hot water before fitting as this improved flexibility and allowed me to snap them in, otherwise they would be too stiff and difficult to put on. The gray goes well with my stainless steel sink.

As other reviewers have pointed out, these legs can be a problem when pushing down on a Kohler dishwashing rack. Suggestions: Find enough space and place the stand on a towel to avoid scratching or slipping when swapping legs. I used my countertop next to the sink. Before installing each leg, take a flathead screwdriver and insert it into the new leg to make the hole more flexible for easier placement on the stand. Nice to have new legs on my racks!

Bought to replace the legs on two stainless "stands" for the sink (I call them guards or fences) that I've been using for the past 5 years.
