But it's great. - Bottle opener

This is a great can opener but not for those with arthritis or weak hands. It takes a lot of power to use, but it's very durable. I recommend it to people with a decent power supply.

Broke after a month of light use.

As the name suggests, the can opener broke after just a month of use. The gear just stopped turning. I've tried calling chief support but it's obviously not working?! At KitchenAid, I trust your brand.

My old really good can opener was probably 20 years old when it got rusty and dull and I finally replaced it. This can opener is of a quality I never expected - it's better! More durable, spins easier and feels sharper. Long handles give you extra leverage. A++

It is easy to apply on the eyelids, it is easy to work with even with arthritis.

Better than an electric can opener. It doesn't take up space on your counter. It works! It works well without trying to maneuver the can on a magnet. I can put anything in the dishwasher. This is the best can opener I have ever used in 62 years and I have cooked a lot.

Easy to use with a corkscrew and bottle opener

I've almost given up on tuna and other canned goods. I've searched and searched for a relatively safe and lightweight durable can opener. I don't know why it's so hard, it's not rocket science. This is an attractive, easy to use, basic can opener. Good sharp edges, easy cleaning. I followed the instructions and didn't put it in the dishwasher. Anyway, I'm enjoying the tuna salad again. Hooray!

A few bucks more get better quality

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a can opener so I bought this one in red. It has great colors, I'm not sure if I have a broken can opener but I'm having a hard time using it. I love that it has a bottle opener at the top, to be honest it would only cost a few bucks more and I would have a working easy to use can opener.
