Nice but too small.

This cat house is fine. It looks really nice and comes with a nice pillow. The problem is that it's too small for my 14-20 lb cats. None of my cats were there. I'm disappointed because it looks very nice in the red color I bought. So if you have smaller cats, that would be great.

It's worth it for the price if your cats like it. Too small for big cats. Meow

Kittens seem to be most interested in this and I had to put some catnip in to get them in and use the scratching post. It's a bit small for my big cat. Assembly was easy, just follow the instructions, I tried to do it without looking because it looks easy. I might get some other units in the future

Not the same with Cat Houses & Condos

I know it must be the same 1st gen they always had. This is my 4th purchase of 1. This 1 came with 2 broken parts. The top is also warped, making assembly impossible. But because it's a hassle to give things back and I just needed it for some kittens, I let her. Collecting is almost impossible. The old ones weren't the same as they were back then, they're also a different shade of pink than my others, which is annoying. I hope all new versions will be improved because somehow this one is worse…

Takes getting used to for Cat Houses & Condos

We bought this one, then looked for the other two on different sites. So now we have a "bedroom" and an "exercise box" in the common room, and I've moved them to my office, which is where Kitty likes to hang out when I'm at work. At first she was curious, but she got used to it. As for the heat value. They must be kept in a warm room because they are cozy but not warm per se.
